PRE INSTALLATION REQUISITES FOR DINGXING

FLUTE LAMINATOR DF-1450S

Unloading and Positioning:

Please provide the crane and workers to unload / position the machine at site. The total
machine net weight is 6500 kgs. It is not possible to unload the machine manually without the
crane.
Floor Plan:
The floor for installation should be normal concrete ground which is flat. Please refer floor plan
for machine layout.

Power required:
The power supply to the machine control box is 380V AC, 50HZ, 3 Phases / Neutral and body
earth.
The total power is 14 KW. Please note Earth should be properly brought from the nearest earth
pit.

Please make the mains supply wiring with 16 Sq.mm/5 core flexible copper cables through
63 Amps 4 Pole MCB up to the main machine.

Overall Machine dimensions (L x W x H) = 11985 x 2420 x 2500 mm

Consumables:

a. Duplex board (top Sheet) above 150 gsm.

b. Flute board or cardboard. Please note that the bottom flute boards could be 2ply, 3ply,
5ply,and the cardboard should be 300gsm or above and should be flat, less than the top sheet
from all directions and moisture could be 5 to 6%. This is very important to get good quality
laminated product.

c. Starch based Glue suitable for roller coating. Glue consisting of Starch, Borax and Caustic

Soda.

Operators Requirement:
Please make arrangements for providing at least 1 number of operator and 2 numbers of
assistants during installation of the machine for training purpose, certainly 2 number of
operators are better for training. For long term running, pls ask the operator to take video on
pressure setting and timing setting.

Unloading Requirements:
If it is not possible to unload the Container or if the space is not sufficient for the Crane
movements, then the below to be arranged for unloading the Machine
1. Load men required.
2. Unloading materials like Hydraulic jack, Roller, Wood etc.
