Research Problem

- Control of reproduction in Nile tilapia Oreochromis Niloticus

The recurrent reproduction of female fish is a major problem in tilapia aquaculture, leading to increased
competition for supplementary food and stunted somatic development.

- How can it be used as efficient, cost-effective and eco-friendly for fishery by-products/fish waste?

It can used in a dry fish meal of top quality and fish oils can be regenerated for farmers and hydrophyte
crops into a liquid or dry fish chemical.

- Disease management in shrimps

Applying a stochastic variability of even modest intensity to the recruitment produces ample fluctuations of
yield. And also suggest that a reduction in effort/fishing mortality is biologically sound, has virtually no
impact on captures and is economically beneficial.

- How to assess fish mortality in ponds?

Check the consistency of the water, the mortality of fish, mostly due to the choking of gills by protoctist
bloom. Also find out the consistency of the water to maintain the good quality of water.

- Yes, because of modern technology that can assist the scientist to more effectively perform all the
experiments.
2. How can these research problems you listed can help to improve our fisheries industry?
- Study priorities include not only developing inventory assessment capacities, but also partnering with
collaborators to develop a system to seriously turn knowledge into evidence and information that can
be used by decision-makers for sustainable fisheries.
3. Why is research ethics important in conducting a research?
- There are many reasons why adhering to ethical norms in science is relevant. Next, norms encourage
study goals, such as awareness, fact, and error avoidance. Prohibitions against fabricating, falsifying, or
misrepresenting research results, for example, facilitate the facts and eliminate errors.
