Microsoft Access is a type of database software that is used to store information
for reporting, referencing and analysis. With Microsoft Access, you can analyze
large amounts of data faster and more efficiently than with Excel or other types of
spreadsheets.

What is data?
Data is a raw material that needs to be processed before it can turn into something useful.
What is computerized database and the two Types Computerized database is compact, flexible,
and fast. It can store thousands of data without occupying too much space.
1. Simple data base contains one specific category of data.
2. Relational database are collections of different sets of data related to each other.
Database Management system if databases are a collection of data stored in a computer for
easy retrieval, a DBMS is basically a collection on computer programs that enables users to
store modify and extract information based on per requirement.
