ADMISSION TO Ph.D. PROGRAMME JULY 2021 SESSION
Recommended candidates for the admission to Ph.D. Programme in July 2021 session as listed
in the Annexure - I are invited to appear with the following original certificates and self attested
photocopies as per the schedule given below. Candidates who are unable to produce the original
certificates are not eligible for admission. After the certificate verification necessary fees as shown in
the Annexure - II shall be paid immediately through online mode using Credit card/Debit card/Net
Banking.
The following Original certificates and their self attested photocopies shall be produced for
verification
1. SSLC Mark Sheet
2. HSC/Diploma Mark Sheet
3. UG and PG Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark sheets
4. Community Certificate (OC not applicable)
5. Service Certificate obtained on or after 23.08.2021 (for part-time Candidates)
6. Relieving order from the employer (for full-time candidates if employed)
7. Transfer Certificate from the institute last studied (Original TC will be retained with the University)
8. Differently abled candidates shall produce a photocopy of “Disability Certificate” obtained from
State/Central Government Organization for availing Tuition fee exemption (If applicable)
9. One Self Addressed cover stamped to the value of Rs.5.
Important Note:
1. Selected candidates will be admitted to Ph.D. programme subject to the vacancy under the supervisor
(Professor - 11, Associate Professor - 8 and Assistant Professor - 5 including both Ph.D. and M.S. (By
Research)). The candidate, whose supervisor is not having the vacancy, is advised to choose an
alternate supervisor. Such candidates will be admitted for the programme subject to the submission of
the following documents,
i. Consent from an alternate recognized supervisor from recognized Department of this University.
ii. Details of research scholars registered under the proposed Supervisor
iii. Fresh list of members for DC.
iv. One page write up duly signed by the proposed Supervisor and Candidate.
2. A maximum of 4 candidates only are allowed to register with a Supervisor in a session. In case, more
than 4 candidates are selected, such Supervisors are requested to give priority list to maximum of 4
candidates to be admitted in this session (July 2021). The remaining selected candidates (maximum 4)
may be permitted to join in next session based on the vacancy.
3. Candidates working in Govt./Govt. Aided Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Colleges shall
produce No Objection Certificate from the Director, Directorate of Technical Education.
4. Admission shall be done only on production of all original certificates.
5. The candidates are advised to view the memo and download the Admission Check Slip for July
2021 in PDF version in the CFR website by using their registered email-id and reference number
link https://cfr.annauniv.edu/jul21/status/ .
6. Candidates are advised to bring the Admission Check Slip during admission.
