Q2. Identify the most common reasons why women seek health care ?

Everyone, especially women, is concerned about their health. Women

are frequently self-conscious about their bodies, and some may go to
great lengths to preserve their physical body's appearance, shape, and
health. The most prevalent cause for women seeking health care is worry
about their reproductive health. Furthermore, women seek health care
throughout the preconception years, because a poorly managed
preconception period leads to poor parenting and childbearing. Women
also require and seek more health care and have more access to the
health-care system. They have higher chronic non-reproductive health
issues such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, mental illness,
diabetes, and osteoporosis, which are partly linked to their
reproductive and sexual health demands. This disparity is due in part
to the way gynecological and reproductive concerns are handled. Women
seek health care for a variety of reasons, including the fact that they
are more likely to suffer from depression across all age groups, which
results in health care practitioners treating them more aggressively.
Depression fell to the bottom of the list of difficulties for women
aged 65 and up, being surpassed by a number of medical ailments. Pelvic
floor diseases, such as urine and faecal incontinence, afflict nearly
half of women in their eighties and nineties. There are several ideas
as to why women have higher incidences of depression. Environmental and
biological factors, such as hormones, have been suggested, but research
on the subject is limited. That is why women seek health care because
they want to preserve and optimize their well-being.
