Eventos Con Amor is an event organizing company who offers good quality services located at
#412, Tabigo St., Manggahan, Quezon City, opens at 8am-6pm. Now, owned and managed by
Daniela Amor L. Gamboa. We organize and manage birthdays, weddings, debut celebrations,
private parties, corporate, social and other events. Providing clients more than of what they expect-
the satisfaction, from our offered services. We guarantee you that with all our best, we will serve
you with love to prove our company’s name really suits us.

Established here in the Philippines in November 7, 2010. Eventos Con Amor came from the typical
small business kind of entrepreneurship to mainly spread kindness and love with low-cost service
offerings. With the great management skills of the heir of the company, it paved its way to various
victories from then until now.

As the company known for providing love done by our organized events, we guarantee you that our
company won’t only provide you what’s on our offered services. We can have partnerships with
others (attached at the following pages) to help us give you the best and beyond the limits. Eventos
Con Amor assures you that we will be money-wise and no resources, time and efforts would be put

COMPANY BACKGROUND

In 1954, in Valencia, Spain lives Flor Amor, his beloved wife, Remedios Amor with their son Isaac-
known for spreading love and care around their neighborhood; giving donations to the poor,
leading community services and offering their wide yard for children’s birthday parties- an epitome
of their surname which means ‘Love’ in the English language.

At first they are just offering their yard for birthday parties then they noticed some street children
blowing cupcakes with their friends and singing ‘happy birthday’. When the children were asked by

Mr. Flor about their parents, one of them said that they no longer have them and every time they
celebrate each other’s birthday, buying one cupcake and singing the birthday song is just enough
for them. This brought the idea to the minds of Mr. and Mrs. Flor to give love for those unfortunate
children, they organized one celebration and executed it at their backyard. One birthday after the
other, still for free. This act of kindness went widespread around Valencia, Spain. After that, many
families asked for the Amor family to facilitate birthdays. In just 4 years, they gladly put up a
business called ‘Eventos con Amor’ which means ‘Events with Love’.

After a decade, their son, Isaac, married a Filipina. Paulita Suarez came from a business-minded
family, Isaac Amor met her at one of the many business gatherings in Barcelona, Spain. They got
married and flew to the Philippines, November 7, 2010. They brought Eventos con Amor with them
and made it as successful as it may be, built and managed at #412, Tabigo St., Manggahan,
Quezon City.

Inherited by their 5 daughters; Daniela, Irish, Jeycemae, Arianne and Ronalyn. Eventos con Amor
is now a widely-known company which organizes birthdays, weddings, private parties, charity,
corporate, social and other events.

We have been behind some of the most exclusive and high profile events for the past 8 years. The
love that we offer to the people became our asset and drove us to various victories. Until now we
do things with love- generations won’t forget the dearest act that the ancestors of the Amor family
did at the streets of Valencia, Spain.

The Hanging Garden is located in Block 9 Lot 1 Belfast Ave, Neopolitan Business Park,
Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila. It is a French inspired venue that beckons the beauty and
elegance of the city of love. It offers breath taking venues and functional features including. The
three kinds of grand reception venues namely Paris Garden, Luxembourg Garden and Lafayette
Garden. Lafayette Garden is light filled patios with draped ceilings and 30-feet vertical gardens
made up of lush tropical plants are among the garden venue’s star features. The Lafayette Garden
can accommodate 150-200 guests. The Paris Garden brings together the comfort of an indoor

space with the charm of an outdoor atmosphere. Suitable for elegant and festive occasions of 150-
200 guests. The Luxembourg Garden is a garden to be enjoyed with an ambiance that is as chic as
it is delightful. Take advantage of this novel space, good for 150-200 guests or combine it with the
neighboring Paris Garden to entertain up to 400 guests in the trendiest venue in the capital. There
are also three kinds of private lobbies. The first one is called Banquet Hall it can fit 50-100 guests
and are ideal for those who are looking for more intimate spaces in which to celebrate, it is also a
fully air-conditioned and include separate entrances and bathrooms. The second one is called
Concorde Hall is suitable for 50-100 guests. This is especially popular choice for couple who wants
to hold the wedding rights. Concorde is also a venue choice for birthdays, corporate meetings,
intimate parties, and baptismal receptions. The third hall is called Giverny Hall it is a quaint and
tasteful space which can enjoyed by up to 100 guests. The parking lot is also secured within the
walled property of the venue to ensure the guests safety. The alluring ambiance provides a

Daniela Amor L. Gamboa – Chief Executive Officer, Event Director – has 11 years (and
counting) of exemplary experience in events organizing, event production and management.
Graduated as Summa Cum Laude; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Marketing Management at University of the Philippines Diliman campus.

Irish F. Articuna – Event Manager – A 2008 Magna Cum Laude at Ateneo De Manila University
with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Service Marketing
Management. She was once involved in managing one of the major events of the Iglesia Ni Cristo
which is the World Wide Walk for Yolanda Victims held on February 15, 2014.

Jeycemae H. Fabillar – Programme Director, F&B Director – She graduated in De La Salle

University, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Production
Management. Also, Ms. Fabillar has 7 years of experience in the field of business events.

Arianne C. Domingo – Finance Director – Graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in

Business Administration Major in Financial Management. She became a Certified Public Account
since 2005. She passed the 2004 board examination with the second highest position.

Ronalyn A. Fuentes – Crisis Management Manager – She has provided a good security and
safety of the clients for the upcoming event. Ms. Fuentes once became a Crisis Management
Manager for the 20th ASEAN Summit that was held on the 13 th of November year 2017 at Philippine
International Convention Centre.

To ensure a smooth and successful event, here are the checklist of the things that is a
must:
• At least a week prior to the event make the team be prepared improve or stick with the
planning based on the previous output.
• Contact with outside agencies and even with the client to confirm details, confirm all
bookings.
• Ensure everyone has a copy of the emergency procedures plan and is familiar with it.
• Develop contingency plan for emergency situations; Check equipment if is ready and
in good condition, food and beverages supply is sufficient, security, emergency procedures
and first aid kit, power supply and weather update reports.
• Ensure all signage is in place
• Ensure registration and media tables are prepared and stocked with necessary items
(e.g., blank name badges, paper, pens, tape, stapler, giveaways etc.)
• On the event day ensure to have copies of all instructions, directions, phone
numbers, keys, extra parking permits for unexpected guests if ever, seating charts and

Hanging Gardens is 30 ft. indoor vertical gardens and full ceiling drapes made the garden venue’s
star feature and it made up of lush tropical plants. The banquet halls are for 50-400 guests.
Hanging Gardens is event place for rent such as weddings, debuts, corporate events, kiddie
parties, birthday parties, engagement parties, proms, graduation and other type of celebration.
It is a fully air-conditioned facility, allowing you to enjoy the party freely.

Also, the parking area is secured within the walled property of the venue to ensure your guests
safety.

Catering is provided by Juan Carlo, one of the best business tycoons.

The Hanging Gardens office hours are from Mondays to Sundays, 9:00 am to 6:0 pm. It is located
