Requirements for Tenderer's Technical Proposals
1 The Tenderer's attention is drawn to the Employer's Requirements and General
Conditions of Contract in which terms are defined.
2 The Tenderer's Technical Proposals shall comply, or subject to reasonable
development, be capable of complying with the Employer's Requirements in all
respects. The Tenderer's Technical Proposals shall demonstrate compliance. The
Tenderer's Technical Proposals shall confirm intended design and construction
methodology.
3 The Tenderers Technical Proposal shall include:
3.1 Construction methodology;
3.2 Structural materials to be used;
3.3 Construction plant and equipment to be used;
3.4 Structural Arrangement including clearances and principal dimensions;
3.5 Geotechnical investigation and testing to be undertaken;
3.6 Earthworks, slopes, protective measures and ground drainage;
3.7 Foundations, substructure and superstructure elements for viaduct structures
and stations structures.
3.8 Stations structural components, methods for construction, formwork,
scaffolding, waterproofing, drainage and corrosion protection;
3.9 Proposed piling methodology;
3.10 Structural and construction interfaces with adjacent contracts;
3.11 Architectural concept drawings and materials specifications for various items of
architectural works
3.12 Concept and methodology for procurement, installation, testing and
commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection and PHE works
3.13 Traffic management plan including temporary diversions;
3.14 Initial settlement assessment, effect on adjacent structures including utilities
and proposed protection works including instrumentation and monitoring;
3.15 Stakeholder interface management;
3.16 Reinstatement works.
