using iNeed, a homegrown, highly-structured CRM Siebel application provisioned with
Service Requests and Work Orders authorized by the U.N. Office of Information and
Communications Technology (OICT) for management and cost recovery reference.

 Updated and maintained the associated CRM asset database consisting of over
30,000 enterprise-wide user accounts at a high level of data integrity with the
completion of over 6,000 Work Orders and 400 Service Requests corresponding to
the following applications:

- IBM Lotus Notes Client Email


- WebEx Web/Video Conferencing
- Mobile Office Virtual Mobile Desktop
- Microsoft Software License Distribution

 Implemented the department’s IT asset management policy and standards.


 Ensured IT asset management standards and procedures are being followed.
 Provided relevant reports and information to the department.

ICT CHANGE MANAGEMENT WEB CONTENT FOCAL POINT

 In-charge of updating and maintaining the ICT Change Management webpage in the
U.N.’s official intranet website, iseek.un.org. Changes include updates of websites,
WiFi Controller Codes, certificates, OS patches and plug-ins; Web release
deployments; Website migration; Website maintenance scheduling; Website
application enablement; Firewall Cluster reboots; Servers and switches
decommission and shutdowns; Failover action performance; Security patch
application; Code release and enhancements, Domain controller additions and other
similar changes.

 Uploaded and published over 2,000 such changes in the U.N. website and in the
associated MS Sharepoint file providing a detailed, real-time and organization-wide
view of ICT changes in the U.N. to Technical Focal Points (TFPs) and others

 Provided periodic summary reports and information to the department.
