CASE STUDY

Dear,  Mr. CEO of Instep Company

I’m writing as Vice President of Instep parent company to inquire about your opinion on the
relocation to Beauchamp. Before state it to you, I with the Head office had carefully considered this
important suggestion.

Beauchamp is a small industrial town owning a population of 25,000 people, with a significant
concentration of youth. Relocating our factory to the town has been expected to create advantages
for our business and the town itself, therefore the Beauchamp authority has given us tax breaks as
well as financial supports to bring Insteps factory to there. If the move goes forward, it will benefit
both our firm and the municipality of Beauchamp in a variety of ways:

First of all, relocating the headquarters will create a large number of job opportunities for the local
citizen, especially young people willing to learn and improve themselves. Young employees have a
higher rating to bring new and creative ideas which will be able to be applied in job and attract new
customers to our doors

Additionally, in the same town, we do have a factory, warehouse, distribution center and office that
will lead to better, quicker, and more dependable production and business. This will contribute a
huge part to a better working environment, greater communication, and more satisfaction and
confidence in the workplace

Conclusively, our target is to be a company that has great products and happy personnel. In this
manner, in my point of view, both parties are Mutually beneficial

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regard,
