ACCOUNTING ACCESS PRACTICES
All assets and liabilities shall be recorded in the regular books of account. No undisclosed or
unrecorded funds or assets shall be established for any purpose.
The books of account and records of the company shall be accurate and complete no false or
artificial entries shall be permitted for any reason.
No transaction or payment shall be made with the intention that it should not be properly
documented.
Public information about the company's financial data, as well as periodic reports and
agreements with government officials shall be full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable.

COMMENT
Honesty is fundamental for a good reception and acceptance.
the fact that they emphasize so much on having all the documentation in order makes you
trust them more.
Also, I like the way they emphasize the fact of having everything in order and up to date.
and updated, so that people who try to steal from the company will have a harder time.

FAIR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES


The company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities without distinction
of any kind such as age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, citizenship, marital
status, family status, country of origin, or other factors considered in accordance with the laws
and regulations of each country in which we do business.

COMMENT
I love the idea of equality in the company, although I worry that it is not always fulfilled,
however, it speaks very well of the vision they have as a company and as human beings.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Company information, written or oral, belongs to the company. BRP employees shall keep
secret and shall not disclose to third parties, nor use for outside purposes, any information
that the company has considered confidential. This also applies to the confidential information
of any other person or entity with which the company does business.

COMMENT
I wish they had emphasized the fact that they also protect the privacy of their employees, such
as their hiring documents or any other related documents.
Some person could have bad intentions, and if the company does not protect the information
of its employees, it cannot be trusted and the importance it gives to its employees cannot be
trusted.
