It is important to ask for a review within 13 weeks of being notified about the decision. You can
still request a review after 13 weeks. However, if we change the decision, it may only take effect
from the date you requested the review.
If you do not agree with the outcome of the review, you can apply to the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal (AAT). The AAT is an independent body which can review a range of decisions made
