Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART CXXVII] – Audit the Vote PA
{}

It is desirable/mandatory to ID the ACTION-ITEM[S] that are generated by rallies and, fortunately,

that which occurred on 10/13/2021 (as part of a statewide initiative by “Audit the Vote PA” failed
to disappoint (@ Brandywine Manor House, 120 Germany Hollow Road, Honey Brook, PA, 19344).
A sellout crowd of 375 listened to mavens (in myriad arenas) within the effort to maximize
Electoral Integrity (and to expose/expunge corruption), although one speaker was problematic
and an additional speaker (Vico Bertogli, with whom I’d conversed regarding his MontCo analysis)
was a superb addition to the agenda; the moderator (James Charles Phillips) was interactive
during the 4-hour event (starting @ 6:15 and ending @ 10:15 with a 15-minute “intermission”).
Most of the crowd remained (sitting on wooden chairs @ this wedding-themed venue) through a
public 15-minute Q&A, and also thereafter for private colloquy that extended beyond 11 p.m.);
next to me was a videographer, whose work (I hope) will be uploaded ASAP via Rumble.com.

Although encountering these giants within an uproarious environment (properly preceded by

Pledge/Prayer) was well-worth the jaunt into deep-ChesCo, the major interactional task that was
finally completed was a candid chat with Sen. Doug Mastriano (plus a staffer, plus a campaigner
who provided me a button that’s now on my “Save America” Cap, to be supplemented by one
from Kathy Barnette, as per prior explanations); due to circumstances beyond my control, ability
to obtain his follow-up @ the weekend Bradford rallies (in July) had been obviated and, thus,
numerous old-business topics (some dating back, some accrued in the interim) were burgeoning.

He said he’s still “praying” regarding gubernatorial candidacy, the Act 77 vote has been converted
into a plebiscite plan (to sidestep governors of either party), and I “encouraged” him not to vote
by proxy despite awareness that Corman/Dush are running-out-the-clock via the State Senate
“Intergovernmental Operations” Committee (which he’d chaired). He explained publicly that he’d
gotten into politics after a colleague had heard him complain about the current state-of-affairs
and had challenged him to “do something about it.” So he eschewed a lucrative post-military
parachute, unlike too many of his colleagues) and delved into the PA-swamp (an ongoing task).
[He explained privately what’s (not) happening with Bannon/Epshteyn, prompting me to proffer
a few suggestions; awareness of this diagnosis will yield a more “informed” human-agency plan.]
As occurred @ the PA Leadership Conference, the audience reveled in his down-home mien.

Many reprised presentations to Mike Lindell’s Cyber-Seminar, with a twist; the CNN reporter
apparently split before the battleplan was presented by multiple speakers. Recalling the refrain
“It’s not the count, it’s the canvass,” citizens will be invited to join an army of canvassers in their
neighborhoods to confirm whether voters resided where they stated they lived on their ballots.
Emphasized also was the desire for MAGA-oriented Republicans to populate party positions and
to “make friends” with others—such as sheriffs—when envisioning how to implement the law.
It was explained that participants were unable to release even the “cleaned up” CCAPS that were
gleaned from the internet, constituting a torrent of pings into the voting machines that can be
traced back to (Chinese) ‘puters; otherwise, passwords wouldn’t remain confidential. Essentially,
a continuous hacking process transpired whenever machines were connected to the internet, as
illustrated by the inability of Dr. Frank’s algorithm to predict counties that had both in-person
voting and thoroughly-verified mail-in ballots. He lamented that his home-state (Ohio) had 57%
mail-in ballots, and he showed myriad slides demonstrating the spikes of “Biden” votes
throughout each state; in fact, he emphasized the non-urban counties (such as Philly’s collars,
notably ChesCo/MontCo) that had offsetting “conservative/rural” votes with unverified ghosts.
[This last point was emphasized throughout, for most canvassing efforts yielded 1/3 had been
fraudulent, whereas a more refined method of choosing key-addresses in Wisconsin had yielded
8/10 fraudulent ballots; thus, ballot-stuffing was virtually global, a revelation that Dems fear.]

Remember that Dr. Frank has generated a 6th-order polynomial to explain voting patterns, and
know that he FINALLY directly answered my query as to why he had claimed on 7/5/2021 (during
a meeting of the Third Constitutional Convention in the Visitors’ Center in Philly, on Independence
Mall) that he had used the 2000-census to prove a LOW correlation-coefficient as a control-group,
thereby contrasting how he’s used the 2010-census to generate all the expectations in 2020.
Pledged was completion “shortly” of this component of a possible SCOTUS-filing (teased).

Detailed also was how four messaging challenges (information, form, substance, and distribution)
contrast between conservatives (who emphasize the former-pair) and progressives (who are
expert at the latter-pair); this is analogous to how I have periodically noted that the MSNBC/CNN
broadcasts are long on commentary and short on details, playing into baseline audience biases.

Probed as had not been previously emphasized was the “social desirability bias” of polling as it
impacted PA; that’s why polls ignored the new-voter-registration R:D ratio of 21:1 (from ’16-’20)
with citations focused on York, Berks, Chester and Allegheny Counties), yielding further doubt
that the final tabulation had yielded a Trump loss. Presenters followed, perhaps ironically, the
principles generated by the FDA (ALCOA Data Integrity Guidance). In the process, the tell-tale
signs of “irregularities” were recapitulated (bell-weather counties, bell-weather states, share of
primary vote, incumbent vote, and US House elections), all of which presaging Trump’s landslide.

Conveyed herein are clarifying points that emerged during the action-packed evening; omitted
were surprisingly candid aspersions cast against colleagues that it was impossible to chase-down.
Also, the only disappointment from my perspective was Richmond lawyer David Clements who
evinced what I view as evangelical overkill; unlike the speakers @ last week’s “Save the Nation”
event in a church (in the northern Poconos, elevation 2100 feet), his Born-Again status altered his
presentation of basic history. Specifically, and this was confirmed via a post-speech “chat,”
Founding/Framing Fathers were portrayed as manifesting purely Christian beliefs, absent the
well-documented influence of Judeo-Christian forebearers of the Enlightenment such as Spinoza.
He referenced Andrew Breitbart’s “politics is downstream from culture” without attribution, and
then added “culture is downstream from the arts” by noting Chinese ownership of movie theaters
and mandated clearance of movies that would be made in the USA and shown internationally.
After I told a friend of this colloquy, I was told of a book (The Magna Carta of Humanity) that had
reaffirmed my view; its author (Os Guiness) had spoken @ a ChesCo GOP event @ this venue a
week prior. Clements correctly attacked undue Chinese influence in the USA, but the “trimmings”
disappointed. I’m as good/evil Manichean as can be, but it’s not based solely on blind “faith.”
