that they are not free because they have concurrent power federalism

government has aspects that can be decided such as social weight and

all aspects or policies. Federalism will allow each province to use its full
potential for progress. It will now be up to their constituents to whether
continue with political dynasty and oligarchy or elect someone who will
truly make their province progressive. They will now have to come to
their senses and truly stand for their future and the future generations of
their province and the country as a whole. This will also minimize the
migration to the mega cities and allow the taxpayers to enjoy public
service which the migrants/ squatters have denied taxpayers to benefit
from.
