(use 1 page for the title and researcher info.)

Rationale
1st paragraph:
Concept about the proposed system/study. Use end note to
acknowledge the author of the articles/ news etc. came from the
other resources.1
2nd paragraph:
Manual process, problem encounter of the beneficiary of the
proposed study/ System.
3rd paragraph:
General Description of the proposed study/ System and
technology to be use by the researcher in developing system.

Problem Identification/ Statement of the problem

What are the problems encountered by the manual process “state specific field” in terms of :
a. “state Specific problem 1”;
b. “state Specific problem 2”; and
c. “state Specific problem 3”?
Or what are the information requirements needed in designing and developing
of the proposed system?

2. What system to be develop in the development of the proposed system?

3. What are the benefits and added features of the proposed system?

Objectives of the study

1. To identify the problems encountered by the “state the specific field” in

“state Specific problem 1”, “state Specific problem 2”, and “state Specific
problem 3”.
2. To develop a system that will solve the problems encountered by the manual
system; and
3. To identify the benefits and added features of the proposed system
