This Arena is designed in a square shape, with the stage to be
located in the center of the arena. The whole arena can hold up
to 13,500 Seats, with a total of 9 rows. Every row is constantly
increasing by 300 seats as it goes up to the last row. As seen in
the floor plan we have assigned a designated color for every
row for easier identification and clearer arrangement. The area
is designed for concerts, contests, conventions, or sports;
considering that it can cater to large audiences and that it
would also provide a great view.

 Narrative Proposal
The client has made his requests clear, according to him he wants a new arena with 12,000 to
15,000 seats, each row is to form an arithmetic sequence as it ascends. To meet the specifications
of our client we designed an arena consisting of 13,500 seats. There are 9 rows that increase by
300, with the first row being the closest having 300 seats and the last row that is the farthest
consisting of 2700 seats.

This floor plan is great for big events like concerts, contests, conventions, or sports; considering
that it can cater to large audiences and that it would also provide a great view. Regardless of the
number of audience it would not seem overcrowded due to the spacing of each row as we made
sure there are enough spaces to make it easier for people to enter and exit. In this setting we
made sure that the audience would be able to watch regardless of the distance and sit
comfortably.

We are anticipating to see this project succeed and to work more with the company. Best
believe that we will do everything to make sure our projects will be successful so that we won’t
lose the trust of our clients. As of now we are very thankful for the ceo of the company Mr. Rayala
for trusting us with this big project, we hope we would be able to meet his expectations and
would be able to work with him with more projects.
