FOR NEW BUSINESS PERMIT

Requirements:
1. Business Name Registration
• Single Proprietorship – DTI Registration
• Corporation – S.E.C. Registration w/ Articles of Incorporation
• Cooperative – C.D.A. Registration/Accreditation
- Clearance for tax exemption from Las Piñas City Council
2. Proof of Ownership
• Owned – photocopy of Tax Declaration/Transfer Certificate of Title (CTC)
• Rented – photocopy notarized Contract of Lease and Tax Dec/ TCT with valid ID of
the owner with signature
• Free of Use or No Rental – notarized Letter of Authorization to use property with
owner’s signed valid ID and photocopy of Tax Dec/TCT
3. Pictures – Business Establishment; owner for single proprietorship; or
President/Treasurer for Corporation, plus valid ID (size: 2 X 2 colored)
4. Homeowners Clearance (if store/establishment is within private village or
subdivision)
5. DENR Permit – Discharge Permit for liquid waste and Certificate of non-Coverage
for solid waste (*an affidavit of Undertaking shall be signed upon application of
Business Permit)

Steps in Securing Business Permit


Secure an Application Form from the Business Permit & Licensing Office (BPLO).
Proceed to the Engineering Department for Assessment.
Secure Zoning or Location Clearance from the Planning Department.
Proceed to the Fire Dept. for Assessment.
Proceed to (EDP) Encoding Data Processing to secure a New Business Secure Account
Number.
Return to BPLO for Interview and assessment.
Proceed to the BPLO Chief for Approval.
Proceed to BPLO for Computer / Billing.
Return to BPLO Chief for Final Approval.
Proceed to the Treasury Department for payments.
Secure a Sanitary Permit from the Sanitation Office.
Proceed to BPLO for issuance of Business Permit.
