Dagupan City in Pangasinan, which is known
as the Bangus Capital of the Philippines. The
festival features the ever-famous bangusine
(bangus cuisine) which is the main highlight of
the event, street dancing where locals wear a
colorful Bangus Festival costume, bangus
grilling, deboning, variety shows, trade fairs,
beauty pageants, sports fest, cooking show,
medical mission, visual arts, band concerts,
sports activities, dog show, fluvial parade,
drum and lyre parade, and street party.
Manaoag, Pangasinan Church Manaoag Church “Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of
Manaoag or known as “Our Lady of Manaoag”

in the 17th century, and a farmer once saw an
apparition of the Virgin Mary there. Thousands

kakanin. Puto Calasiao is considered to be its
own specific recipe of puto. Calasiao is a
small town in Pangasinan. Puto Calasiao
refers to the special puto that is produced in
this town. The best place to buy Puto
Calasiao are the collection of puto stalls,
nearby the Saints Peter and Paul Parish
Church of Calasiao.
