Week Three Student Support Letter
Week Three Student Support Letter
As previously indicated commencing in week three (Sunday 12th September) we will be allowing students to
attend school for one day to see their teacher if they need to come in for any form of support including technical
support. This is completely voluntary and no student has to attend school on the schedule we are implementing,
it is only if they need support. They can continue with online learning if you wish on the day they are allocated.
We will arrange all form groups into two sections (Group 1 and Group 2). Each of the two groups will be given a
specific day of the week as per the below table, which they will be permitted to attend school for support if you
wish. Your child will be notified which day their support days is allocated during their form period this week and
you will receive notification about the day from Mr.Mohammad (Boys Principal). If you are unsure about which
day they should attend please feel free to contact your child’s form tutor as per the below email address.
If you intend to send your child to school for the support day you will need to complete the below consent form
and return it to your child’s form tutor by email and on the day they attend school. Your child will need to have a
soft copy printed and signed to allow consent for them to be in school.
Yours sincerely,
Richard McMahon

I give permission for my child to attend school on one day as per the information I will receive regarding group 1
and group 2 days, indicated in the ‘Week Three - Student Support Letter’. I understand that the day is for support
for my child and voluntary. I confirm that I will not hold the school liable in the event of any potential Corona
infection as a result of attending school.
