A. Points Taken

1. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Henry C. Dy.

2. The prayer was led by Dir. De Pedro.
3. The minutes was read by the Secretary Dir. Gimena, after having a roll call
with (19) Nineteen Board of Directors in attendance.
4. Dir. Dalisay moved the minutes of the previous meeting and seconded by
Dir. Paragoso. The motion is approved.

B. Monthly Report

1. As of August 2021 we already collected Fifteen Million Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand
One Hundred Nineteen and Forty Three Cents (15,517,119.43 Php). The total expenditures
from Jan. to August is Eight Million One Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty
Two Pesos ( 8,189,132.00 Php).
2. For swab and saliva summary report for the month of August 2021, the total collection for
the month is Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (994,200.00 Php).
3. Dir. Hontiveros asked regarding the swab and saliva receivables why is it that the 1,500.00
saliva test and 2,8000.00 swab test is not reflected on the report. Ms. Irish answered that
the amount reflected on the summary report is the handling fee only because the receipt of
the test is separated and is forwarded/ downloaded directly to the national headquarters.
 C. Other matters

1. Chairman Dy asked about the new pricelist of the saliva and swab test. CA Amodia replied
that starting September 4, 2021 the new pricelist for swab is Three Thousand Three Hundred
Pesos (3,300.00) and for the saliva test its Two Thousand Pesos (2,000.00) including handling
fee. CA Amodia added that all private and public hospital employee can charge to Philhealth,
they will only pay Five Hundred Pesos for the handling fee. For the LGU, CA Amodia and City
Health Officer Dr. Bunz Lim made an agreement that if its LGU employee they will only pay
2,800.00 for the swab test and 1500.00 for the saliva test excluding handling fee.

2. CA Amodia informed that we added an Emergency Medical Tent at Gregorio T. Lluch

Memorial Hospital as per request by Dr. Daguman due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in
the city.

3. Chairman Dy informed the Board regarding the available lot beside the chapter. We
forwarded a letter of intent to buy the lot to Atty. Padilla. According to Celdran, An
Approximate zonal value is 8,000.00 to 10,000.00 Php. Dir. Trinidad asked for official letter
to sell including the zonal evaluation.

4. Dir. Zalsos asked for the fully vaccinated report in Iligan City. According to DOH, As of
September 15, 2021 32,762 individuals is fully vaccinated.

5. Dir. Trinidad moved for a resolution to the national headquarters for RT PCR Saliva Test be
accepted in the hospital as diagnostic test for COVID-19. Dir. Ruiz explained that some
hospitals have their own swab testing. CA Amodia added that it depends upon the attending
physician if they allow RT PCR saliva test. Motion is seconded by Dir. Hontiveros. The motion
is approved.

6. CA Amodia already forwarded the budget and resolution to the National Headquarters.
PRC Iligan is waiting for the reply from the NHQ.

7. Dir. Schouwer informed the Board of Directors about Rotary mobile clinic project. He is
planning to meet with Dr. Ruiz to prepare the necessary guidelines. The next board meeting
Dir. Schouwer will present about the said project.

8. CA Amodia informed that all the family member and household member of the Board of
Directors and Staff may have their vaccination at Mercy Community Hospital on September
17, 2021 at 9 o’clock in the morning until 12 noon.

9. Dir. De Pedro moved for the adjournment of the meeting. Seconded by Dir. Doctolero.
The motion is approved. Meeting adjourned at 3:10 pm.
