Step-by-step troubleshooting
Before starting this troubleshooting procedure, make sure that the CCC and ACH-WW
software are updated to the latest status.
To avoid internal pollution of the auxiliary heater, switch ON the auxiliary heater once
a month for about 15 min.
For further information refer to the Driver's manual.
Action
1. Clean the auxiliary heater and auxiliary heater exhaust pipe according to job (clean internal heater, Thermo Top
Pro 38 (Pre-heater water)).
2. Check and adjust the CO2 settings, according to job (adjust exhaust emission heater, Thermo Top Pro 38 (Pre-
heater water)).
3. After adjusting the CO2, monitor the auxiliary heater [Exhaust gas temperature] with DAVIE.

Action
1. Replace the auxiliary heater burner.
2. Check and adjust the CO2 settings, according to job (adjust exhaust emission heater, Thermo Top Pro 38 (Pre-
heater water)).
3. After adjusting the CO2, monitor the auxiliary heater [Exhaust gas temperature] with DAVIE.
