Paying More Than Lip Service to Individual Variations

Working Effectively with Students from Culturally Diverse Background

Brief explanation of your ranking/arrangement:

In my rangking my bottom part is the working effectively with student from culturally diverse
background it because a teachers should know first the culture diverse background of his/her
student so that he/she could know how to handle his/her student. 2nd in my ranking was the
paying more than lip service to individual variations, because the teacher should know the
individual diverse of his/her student so that he/she would know the diffirent characteristics and
level of knowledge of his/her student. 3rd in my ranking is the Goal setting and instructional
palnning , after the teacher know about what are his/her student are. He/she will begin to plan
on how he/she would have a effective teaching skills for the student to learn. 4 th in my rangking

intstruction materials appropriate for the develpoment level of knowledge of his/her
students.5th in my rangking is the Motivational skills , since the teacher is done creating the
instructional materials for his/her teaching. So this will be the time that the student would be
motivated to learn about what is been teach to them.6th in my rangking is the instructional skills
, were the student would learn how to construct their knowledge and understanding, with the
help and guidance of the teachers. 7th in my rangking is the thinking skills , because at this level
student will learn how to think critically, because effective teachers model communicaticate
good thinking skill when it comes to critical thinking.8 th in my rangking is the subject matter
competence , because in here they will learn about their subject matters about facts, terms
and general concepts and including the knowledge of organizing ideas and ways of thinking and
arguing.9th in my rangking is the classrooms management, because after the student learn
about all the teaching techniques te teacher would have t ensure that all of his student are
working together and orientied towards classrooms tasks. 10th in my rangking is the assessment
knowldege and skills, because in here the teacher will be assessing the knowledege of his/ her
student after giving them instructions. And the last level of my ranking is the technological
skills, it is the last level of my rangking because this will be just a support for the study of the
students.

you should first have the motivation in teaching , and after you have your motivation. You will
have the commitment in teaching , were you will commit to teach students in any ways you can
do. And last the care , because after those you should have to care for your student and for
