Greetings from the Department of Education.

In preparation for the coming school year which is the limited face-to-face
classes__________________ was planning to construct a Make-shift School Building for the
Lower Grades which is Kindergarten to Grade 3. Currently _______________has only 1(one)
Make-shift building that caters all Grade Levels from Grade 1 to 6 and 1(one) teachers cottage.
____________________has an enrollment of _______ pupils from Kindergarten to Grade 6.

Aware of your keen interest in helping improve our public school, we are asking for your help
and support to make this Make-shift building be realized. We need roof (30pcs), umbrella nails
and other materials we need for the construction of the said building or you may also donate in-
kind, cleaning materials and other supplies that can be used repairing and beautifying our
school.

Should you be interested to support and help, please accomplish the attached Statement of
Interest Form and submit it to our school so we can register you in the initiative.
