PRIDE Limited Lifetime Furniture Warranty
PRIDE warrants its furniture products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original
end-user, own the product. Should a warranty claim be necessary, PRIDE will replace or repair the product, at PRIDE’s option.
This warranty applies to all PRIDE furniture products purchased after May 2005.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Damage due to normal wear and tear (includes color fade over time)
Damage due to improper maintenance, abuse, fire, accidents, negligent acts or omissions of the purchaser
or it’s agents or employees
Shipping damage (covered separately)
Modifications, repairs, or part replacements other than those authorized by PRIDE
Natural variations in color, grain, or texture (includes repairs and replacements)
Customer Owned Material (COM)
Customer installed or assembled furniture
Lateral files used for flat storage rather than hanging files (intended use)
Products used for rental purposes
Seat covers (mass transit) or refurbished goods
Metal Products shown on Pages 46 through 56 (Please see separate terms and conditions, notes and ordering
instructions on page 46)
Products used more than 40 hours per week (single shift) and seating products used be persons weighing
more than 225 pounds. This exclusion does not apply to the #430H1SPHAT Clarion Heavy Duty Chair, which
is rated for 300 pounds, or the #430H1PPUST Clarion Intensive Use Chair, which is rated for 400 pounds on
a 24/7 basis.
To the extent permitted by law, PRIDE makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability of a particu-
lar product for a particular purpose and makes no warranty other than those set forth herein. PRIDE will not be held
liable for any loss, consequential, or incidental damages.
Wood Furniture Finish Considerations:

Wood is a natural material, with variations in color, grain and texture. Finish colors will vary from samples and from other
items within the same furniture line. Because of these variations, exact matches to samples or to furniture items
ordered at different times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the natural variations of wood veneer, some aesthetic differences should be expected when combining laminate
tops with natural wood veneer sides and drawer fronts.
Aging and exposure to light alter furniture finishes. Matches to existing PRIDE furniture can not be guaranteed.
NOTE: PRIDE ’s standard laminate sample cards and/or samples of actual materials will be furnished upon request.
Additional Ordering Instructions:

Where applicable, all options and accessories must be installed at the factory.
Components that deviate from standard configuration and options shown, will require a customized quotation.

Special Laminate and Fabric Selection Policy:
PRIDE offers a variety of laminate and fabric selection options (see PRIDE’s full-color furniture catalog). PRIDE also
offers SPECIAL laminate and panel fabric selection options. These special laminate and panel fabric selection options
may not be available at standard PRIDE prices, thereby requiring additional charges and lead times. Please contact
your PRIDE Sales Representative or Furniture Customer Service for a quotation.
PRIDE Delivery and Installation Requirements:

At the time the order is placed, acceptable delivery dates will be established by mutual agreement of all parties. All
purchase orders must state delivery dates. PRIDE will use its best efforts to comply with delivery dates. The following delivery
and/or installation provisions apply:
A. For orders outside the state of Florida and international orders, buyer will pay actual freight for delivery.
B. If items are not accepted on the day of delivery, a 10% redelivery charge will be assessed.
C. Storage spaces - Whenever the merchandise arrives at the site designated, safe and adequate storage space
will be provided by the buyer if installation cannot be accomplished. If transfer of items is needed to a different
location at a later date after delivery is made, charges will be incurred by the buyer. If the buyer refuses or is
unable to accept shipment, PRIDE will transfer that shipment to storage. Storage charges will be the
responsibility of the buyer.
D. Damage - After arrival at the site and sign off of delivery, any loss or damage shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
E. Job site service - Adequate facilities for offloading, staging, moving and handling of merchandise shall be provided
by buyer.
F. Conditions on the job site - The job site shall be clean and free from debris prior to installation.
G. If not purchased through a State of Florida Price Agreement, all prices shown herein are FOB factory. Delivery and
installation charges will be quoted per order. If purchased through a State of Florida Price Agreement, the terms of the
applicable agreement will apply.
PRIDE Order Change/Cancellation Policy:

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 7 working days from the acknowledgement date noted on the
acknowledgement letter. Any changes made after 7 working days will result in a change/cancellation order fee of 50% of
the purchase price for the items in question.
For changes made within 7 working days from the order date: If fabric has already been cut or the item placed in production,
a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price of the item will be charged for each item changed. A faxed change order to
the purchase order must be received by PRIDE Furniture Customer Service, adding the line item “Restocking Fee” and
price for each item changed.
PRIDE Return Policy:

All PRIDE furniture is made to order. Our facilities and product lines do not allow the regular inventory of furniture items.
For this reason, returns or exchanges for reasons other than material or manufacturing defects will be accepted only under
the following terms and conditions:
Written approval is required for the return of any merchandise. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received
by the PRIDE Furniture Customer Service Department in writing within 30 days after the invoice date.
A 50% restocking charge will be assessed on all returns or exchanges. For return or exchange, products must
be unused and in new condition. Credit issued will be based upon condition of returned items. Exchanges are
subject to standard lead times at the time of re-order.
Custom made (special order/ non-catalog) products and orders in customers’ own or special order fabric or laminate
may not be returned or exchanged.
PRIDE Policy for refused or postponed orders:

If purchase orders are completed by PRIDE in accordance with Customer Terms and Conditions after order
acknowledgment and acceptance (with no modifications or changes prior to shipment date) and the buyer refuses
or postpones the delivery of merchandise, then the buyer will be responsible and liable for a minimum of 80% of the
selling price. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for storage and holding costs in accordance with
PRIDE’s policy.

PRIDE Furniture Ordering Information
1. To order, please submit a Purchase Order by fax or mail (see below). If purchase order is faxed,
it is not necessary to mail original purchase order.
2. Please specify contact name and telephone number (with area code) of the person receiving
furniture.This person will be contacted prior to delivery and to verify information if necessary.
3. Complete “Ship to” address on purchase order.
4. If questions arise, call Customer Service 877-347-7433 (Toll Free)
5. Purchase order should include:
A. PRIDE Item Number
B. Description of item including Finish Color and Fabric Choice
C. Correct Unit Price
6. All purchase orders must be signed by appropriate personnel authorizing purchase
(usually the purchasing department).
7. Specify delivery/installation instructions, and calculate installation fee.

PREMIER SERIES NOTES AND ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hardwood and hardwood veneer surfaces are standard on all Premier Series components. Please specify one of the
following finish options: W - Walnut finish on walnut, PO - Premier Oak finish on oak, LO - Light Oak finish on Oak, DO - Dark Oak finish on Oak,
MA - Mahogany finish on walnut, WC-Wild Cherry finish on maple, or FM - Fusion Maple finish on maple.
Examples: Item number 41405R-W is a 36˝d x 72˝w x 29˝h right-side single pedestal desk with a walnut veneer finish.
Item number 41403-PO is a 30˝d x 60˝w x 29˝h double pedestal desk with a premier oak veneer finish.
2. Specify item number and single pedestal location (R-right or L-left, from user’s position, facing the unit) if applicable.
3. Center drawers and reference slides are standard on all desks.
4. When ordering Conference Tables, please specify if table needs to be manufactured in two sections for delivery purposes.
5. Black PVC rectangular cord grommets provided on all units, (two on desks and credenzas, and one on bridges and returns) located
on the modesty panel just below the top of the unit. Credenza hutches have two grommets in back panel, one just below shelf and one
just above credenza.
6. Bookcases are line-bored for shelf adjustment, backs are veneer plywood for added strength.
7. Refer to pages 2 and 3 for Warranty and additional Ordering Information.
8. For General Accessories please refer to pages 32-35. When ordering accessories, specify the item on which to install (desk, credenza,
return, or bridge).
9. If not purchased through a State of Florida Price Agreement, all prices shown are FOB factory. Delivery and installation charges will be quoted per

Examples: Item Number #42505L - MA is a 36” x 72” left-side, single-pedestal desk with a Mahogany finish applied to walnut
veneer surfaces and solid walnut end caps.
Item Number #42502 - FM is a 30” x 66” double-pedestal desk with a Fusion Maple finish applied to maple veneer
surfaces and solid maple end caps.
2. Reference slides are not available on this line.
3. Pencil drawers are only available as an option.
4. Premier veneer tables are recommended to compliment this line.
