Explanation: I have learnex about the different theories and concepts on hkw our personality works.
There are theories from Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory that personality is different in the basis
of order or what are your order among your siblings. There is also Galen's theory of personality,
Sheldon's theory according to body types, and Jung's introvert and extrovert.

Application: I will apply what I have learned in my daily life as an individual and especially as a future
nurse as I will be meeting different types of person who have different kinds of personality. This lesson
will helo me identify and understand different personalities of individual as I provide care to them.

Reflection: As an FCPCian who have faith in God, this lesson helps me see how God created us and how
people influence our personality. It only makes sense to me now that everyone who have a bad
character must start to change, we all need it because God gifted our life in order to make better and
good, not the other way around.

Explanation: How would you define personality in your own words?

-For me, personality refers to the uniqueness of a person. It is the treasure that he/she have that others
do not have. It is something that everyone must appreciate as a human being, especially if it is a good
character or personality.

Interpretation: As to what object can you compare a healthy personality? Why?

-I will compare it to a mirror because if we seen ourself in front of the mirror, the mirror will also show
how personality we have aside from physical aspect. It will also breaks easily like whenever someone
tries to make a bad impression to as, it will leave a scar and our personality will change. Sometimes, it
will never be the same anymore.

Application: How will you show that you are a true FCPCian personality?

-I can show it by simply adhering all the core value of our school by having faith in God as always,
creative in my own way, intelligent all the time, collaborative to others, altruistic in everything,
perseverance in every battle I struggke with, and having nationalism.

Perspective: Why do some people give importance to the physical aspect of personality?

-Nowadays gave them the idea of beauty outside is important than the character inside because no
matter what type of personality they choose as long as he/she is beautiful outside they will choose those
person in order for a social attention amd pride.

Empathy: How can you help another person who seems to have a shy or withdrawn personality?

-I can help them if I help myself first because I have also an introvert side too. After I overcome it, I will
help others by inspiring them how freedom of expression and confidence must shown to everyone.
Self-Knowledge: What are the strengths and weaknesses of your personality? How will you overcome
your weaknesses to have a better personality?

-My strength is I am a natural person so everyone will get easily remember how I am as a person while
my weakness is I have an introvert side so I must overcome it by having confidence all the time in order
to have many friends and to express myself.
