society. Culture, Society, and Politics are all interconnected in affecting the
way of living of certain groups of people.
3. How can we improve our awareness on the social, cultural and political
changes?
Social, cultural, and political changes are normal things that happens
in a community. Social changes are modifications of social organizations
within the society, Political change includes the change in direction of open
politics, while Cultural change is about the alterations that affects new traits.
In order to be aware in this certain shifts, it is important that we will stay
relevant on the contemporary issues in our community. These events affect
how people perceive things, and eventually affects how people live. By
being relevant, we will be knowledgeable on certain shifts in the behavior
and beliefs of a community. Awareness and being open-minded is important
so that we will not be taboo in the new norms of some groups.
Culture, Society, and Politics have one common aspects, they are
dynamic and changes are constant. They are never static, and their
dynamism is due to the changing needs of humans as they interpret and
survive in their environment. As we interact to various people, we will try to
reflect and sometimes imitate their actions as we perceived them as good.
If we tried it and shared it to others, it will become the new norm of our
group. That is the reason as to why sociodynamics is an integral factor in
changes that are happening in the community. In the context of social
changes, cultural transfer causes shift as cultural factors spread through
commerce, migration, and mass contact from one culture to another. In
addition, changes in the civil and political societies, as well as the shifts in
demographics, also affects some changes in Politics. Social dynamics also
affects the culture to shift as they are considered as an external factor that
changes the values of certain population or group.
This is a quote that we are all aware of. It just means that every people
cannot isolate themselves forever, they need to be part of a community in order to
survive. We humans are all social animals, according to Aristotle, everyone needs
to participate in the society in order to live. We are all interdependent with one
another, that we created groups and communities called society that has accepted
norms and standards called culture and a system of leadership called politics. As
human beings, we will be incomplete and not thrive without sociality. This is an
integral part of our innate nature as social creatures.

There is this natural urge in all of us humans to find social groups. It will
start in our family, the basic foundation of the society. As human beings, we will
learn to adapt their values and beliefs in this small community. Humans needs to
feel the sense of affiliation with something in order to be whole. These groups of
people are great influencers for our beliefs and ideals. Plato believed that our soul
is the reflection of the society, and the it will only achieve harmony if there are
classes or divisions. That is the main idea of sociality, being grouped together with
a goal to create an ordered and progressive society. When we grow and mature,
we became aware in joining different communities based on our interests and
skills.
