CALL FOR PROPOSALS

AINET is delighted to invite proposals for presentations on topics related to a

conference sub-theme or any allied areas. The conference offers space for both

academic and creative expression. The following types of presentations will be

included in the conference:

PAPER PRESENTATIONS
Total duration: 15 minutes, including audience interaction, if any. To be presented in the

conference sessions.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters in JPEG or PDF form. To be displayed on the conference site throughout the

conference.

VIDEO MINI-PRESENTATIONS
Pre-recorded video of presentations. Max. duration: 5 minutes. Available to view on

the conference site throughout the conference.

FAST-15
Powerpoint presentations of 15 slides with each slide shown for 15 seconds.

POEMS, STORIES, ILLUSTRATIONS AND CARTOONS ON ELE EXPERIENCE


Creative pieces, such as the above, related to the experiences and lives of English

teachers. Stories and poems: Max. Length 2000 words. No limit on number of entries or

types of entries.

PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES

Proposals will be subjected to scrutiny and editorial review. Presenters may be

asked to make revisions, if necessary, as suggested by the Review Committee.

The conference proceedings will lead to two separate publications (with ISBN), one

of academic presentations (papers, posters, etc) and the other of creative

presentations (poems, stories, cartoons, etc). Presenters will be separately

contacted in this regard after the conference.

Registration of approved presenters – 15 December 2021

India & SAARC countries: INR 1000* India & SAARC countries: INR 2000*

Other countries: USD 25* Other countries: USD 50*

Students & trainee teachers: INR 500* Students & trainee teachers: INR 1000*

*AINET members are entitled to 20% discount in the delegate fee applicable at the

time of payment.

HOW TO REGISTER

Approved presenters at the conference must complete their registration by 15

December 2021, failing which their presentations may not be included in the

conference programme. They may, however, register as a delegate. In case of joint

presentations, all co-presenters must register for the conference and be present during

the presentation.

GRANTS AND AWARDS

A limited number of AINET grants (covering full conference fee) are available to

support teachers without enough means to participate in the conference.

Special awards will be given to select innovative high-value presentations at the

conference. The awardees will also be refunded their conference fee.

If you need any support or guidance in preparing your presentation proposal, or in

help you at all stages of your presentation.
