OFFER LETTER

Post offered : GARAGE SUPERVISOR

We hereby agree to appoint you as GARAGE SUPERVISOR as per following Terms & Conditions: -

1. SALARY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

a) Your total monthly Gross Salary with allowances will be BD. 850/- (Eight Hundred Fifty Bahraini
Dinars Only)
b) You agree and undertake to devote the whole of your time and ability to perform the duties of other
such duties as the company may from time to time assign to you.
c) You will not at any time during the continuance of your employment be engaged directly or indirectly
in any other business or occupation.

2. PROBATIONARY PERIOD
a) You will be on probation period for 3 months from the date of your joining, during the probationary
period your services can be dispensed off without assigning any reason, should the management feel
that your conduct and character is prejudicial to the interest of the company.
b) During Probationary Period this agreement will be liable to termination on one day’s notice if your services are
found to be unsatisfactory.

3. PERIOD OF OFFER
a) The Initial term of your proposed employment is for Two years from the date of commencement of contract
and thereafter by mutual agreement. The terms of employment shall be deemed to have been completed when
you have satisfactory completed two years of service.
4. LEAVE AND AIR TICKET
a) All leave should be taken with the permission of the Company Management by informing the Management in
writing with 3 months prior notice.
 b) You shall be entitled to 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service after completion of Contract
Agreement (i.e 2 years).
c) You shall be entitled to get economy class return ticket to your nearest destination for your wife and your two
children up to 18 years of age, for each completed year of service.

5. MEDICAL TREATMENT

a. While in Bahrain, you shall be entitled to the use of medical facilities provided free of charge in the Bahrain
Government’s Hospital for the treatment of sickness or injury provided that such sickness or injury is not
directly due to intoxication, use of alcohol or unlawful deeds or such other acts.
b. If you decide to use private medical services, the cost of such services shall not be borne by the employer.

6. TRANSPORTATION

a) Transportation will be provided by the Company.

7. ACCOMMODATION
a) Company will provide you bachelor status accommodation with normal furniture.

8. PASSAGE AND TERMINATION

a) In the event the Company Terminates your contract after completion of probation period you are
entitled to get economy class ticket to your country of origin.
b) In the event that you resign during and after the probation period, but before expiring contract period, you shall
not be entitled to any ticket to your country of origin.
c) In the event whereby the Company terminates your services during the probation period due to unsatisfactory
services, you shall not be entitled to any passage.
d) You can terminate the proposed Contract Agreement at any time by giving 3 months’ notice in writing to the
Company Management and the Company Management can terminate your services by giving 1 month notice
in writing.
e) After completion of your Contract Agreement or after termination of you Contract Agreement you are not
allowed to work under any Establishment in the Kingdom of Bahrain for next 1 year, in case you join any
establishment directly or indirectly that is Competitor to the Company in Kingdom of Bahrain the Company
has the right to take legal actions against you and company you joined for cost of training, leaking of our
valuable information from the Company
 9. TRAINING
a) In the event that you resign before expiring contract period the cost of training / Course Fees will recovered from
your Final Settlement.
