Clean al the tables and chairs (indor and outdoor)

Clean the couches with the vacum cleaner
3 Check that the floor is clean if not call the steward and tell the manager

4 Check that all the table station are full with the utensils, sharing plates, desserts plates, water
glass, folded napkin, full sprayer, plate with the towel to serve the cutlery and one hangel.

Check the cleanliness of the curtain glass, if not call the steward and tell the manager.

Check that all table station are clean
7 Put the set up of the tables ( napkin holder with 5 white napkin in, handgel and make sure to
be full / achtrays for outside).

Check that all the feedback tablets are charged and clean then distribute them on the sections
9 Check if all the micros tablets are charged, clean, connected and ready to use them during the
shift

Check that the trays are clean and distribut them.
11 Do a final checkup about all the things that should be prepared and make sure that everything
is ready, be ready for the briefing (full uniform).

Have a good shift.

Check that all your checks on the POS system (MICROS) are closed

Check that all the tables, chaires and the coutches are clean
3 Check that the floor(especially under tables) is clean and call the steward if not

4 Remove all the andgel, napkin holder, reservation tent, table tent, ashtrays and pince
from the tables and the service station Clean and organize

Clean the service station from inside and outside

Clean the POS system (MICROS) and the printers
7 Make sure to give the towels to the steward to clean them and get them back so they
will be dry in the next day.

Clean all the feedback tablets and make sure to but them on the chargers

Clean all the Micros Pads and make sure to put them on the chargers
10
Do a final check up that all the duties are done.

Print out your cash out, calculate and give it to the manager.
