Points to be noted:
 Exam Time Table only for Online Students.
 No MCQ type question paper.
 Syllabus will be shared on MCB.
 ST 3 exam will be for 40 Mins only.
 Question paper will be shared by the teacher on the screen during the exam.
 Attached is the format of Answer Sheet for ready reference. Parents can also take prints of the same.
 Student needs to write only the answers in A4 sheet or A4 Long Book.
 Students can use a A4 (Long Book) for all exams for easy maintenances of all papers.
 Single Ruled or Plain White A4 Long Book can be used as per the subject requirement.
 Alternatively parent can also use A4 loose sheets for the exams.
 Every page of the Notebook / A4 Sheet needs to have the following:-

 Parents can help children to prepare the above format of Answer Sheet in advance.
  During the Exam Video of the student should be Switched ON Mandatorily.
 If found Video Switched OFF, Student will be marked “Absent”.
 On completion of writing answers, Student / Parent need to send the picture / pdf of the answer sheet
on Whats App No:- 9959588677 within the exam timings or max within next 5 mins after the exam
end time as shared in the exam circular.
 Answer sheets should ONLY be sent to the GIVEN WHATS APP NO. AND NOT ON ANY
OTHER NO. If sent, they shall not be considered.
 Answer sheets received after 5 mins of the exam end time, will not be considered under any
circumstances and student will be marked “Absent”.
 Parents are requested to ensure that the child (ren) is / are not absent in the exam unless there is a
medical emergency for which prior permission to be taken and documentary proof has to be
submitted to the school in advance.
 No requests from parents for exam re-scheduling will be entertained after the actual date of Exam.
 Re-examination will only be conducted for candidates with special approval taken from school in
advance on medical grounds and the rescheduled dates will be intimated later.
 Regular classes will happen on before or after the Exams Dates.
