CONCLUSION AND SUGESTION


V.1 Conclusion
The conclusions of this practicum are:
1. My Body Mass Index is 28 kg/m 2 . Which is my BMI value is categorize as
Overweight.
2. My knee height is 48 cm and difference with height is 5 cm. the height is
159.7 cm and the height estimate based on knee height is 154.7 cm. which is
the measurement is true.
3. My WHR is 0.85 which is categorize as very high risk category
4. My waist circumference is 92 which is categorize as Overweight.
5. My UAC is 32.5 which is categorize as Normal.
6. My percent body fat is 32.5% which is categorize as Obesity.

V.2 Suggestion
1. For Lecturer
I recommend that the lecturer in charge of the basic practice of the nutritional
part once in a while to supervise and provide directions first and watch the
process practicum progress
2. For Assistant
I hope the assistant notices the practicum participant in every practicum to
avoid mistakes or deficiencies that may occur during the measurement.
3. For Laboratory
I recommend that tools and materials be improved even more. And as well as
equipment such as the air conditioner.
4. For Practicum
Should be present on time, keeping the safety in the laboratory for the
practicum to walk in an orderly and secure
