Differences between One-Step procedure, Under delivery Tolerance in STO in SAP S4 HANA
One-Step procedure
One step procedure means there is no need to create goods Receipt. Once you do the PGI
in sending plant, the goods will automatically be updated in receiving plant.
647-This movement type is used in Stock transfer with one-step procedure.
Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure
Assign the document type (UB), Supplying Plant (5001), Delivery type(NL),Checking
Rule(RP).

Look at here, once done PGI then automatically updated in receiving plant 5002, and
generated material documents of Goods Receipt and Goods Issue.

Under delivery Tolerance means we just need to create goods Receipt. Once you do the
PGI in sending plant, the goods will be received once done the GRN with reference
outbound delivery to the receiving plant. 641-This movement type is used in Stock transfer
with Under delivery Tolerance.
