Full-Time Production Human Resources Administrator

Creative Outdoor, an established leader in outdoor signage for over thirty-seven years, is
currently looking for an organized and personable individual to work in our Human
Resources Department.

Position Overview.
The Human Resources Administrator main role is to provide administrative duties include
recruitment, managing HR documents, payroll input, and administrative support to the CFO.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR department is providing the
utmost support to our employees while conforming to labour laws.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Placing ads;
• Screening responses;
• Interviewing candidates with the goal of providing a short list to the individual looking
to hire;
• Preparation of offer letters;
• Onboarding;
• Vacation tracking and approval;
• Participating in the Health and Safety Committee;
• Payroll input and journal entry preparation;
• Following up on state and provincial tax notices;
• Preparing monthly accountabilities for the Admin Department;
• Helping to organize company events;
• The coordination of annual performance reviews; and
• Supporting the CFO in any other administrative functions that the individual is
capable of learning (Insurance etc.).

Our Ideal Candidate:


• Is attentive to detail, well organized and able to manage multiple hiring assignments
at the same time;
• Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Is excellent on the computer (Excel/Word/Outlook, and web-based technologies);
• Has some experience with hiring and payroll (two to three years);
• Is looking for a career, not just a job. COA’s employees are long term and goal

• You must have access to a car as our Gormley office (2402 Stouffville Road) is not on
any bus route.

• Base Salary of $50,000-55,000 with increases and bonuses over time.
