My colleague Mr. Sajeev Raj Natrajan has an excellent track record of teaching in IB-MYP and IB-DP curriculums in various schools. I
have known him during the years he taught at Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School, Jakarta, Indonesia where he was teaching in
the senior section. The students really liked him because of his friendly behavior and his easy availability after the school hours. He
tries to deliver the tough physics concepts in very lucid and understanding way and that is also why even the students who find physics
hard were choosing physics in IB-DP. He is also liked and very well praised in friend circles because of humble and easy to mix
attitude. He manages classrooms quite well because he has quality of engaging even the least interested student in his class. He used
to frame quality homework worksheets for his pupils and also use to provide for the lesson planning on managebac for the Physics
Department. One of his weakness is also a little soft nature for the children who can sometimes misuse the freedom provided, but such
students were referred to the Guidance and the Counselling Cell of the school from time to time by him. He has first class impression
among the parents and was highly regarded as a Physics Teacher during his tenure at the school.
