Dear Pr. Talledo:

Greetings of hope to you Pastor Talledo and brethren of Tagum South Central SDA
Church. Glory and thanksgiving be to our almighty God that in spite of all life’s crisis, His
unbounding grace, mercy, and love always prevail in our lives.

We, Japhet Gurit Tabale, 26, from City of Bayugan, and Gellaine Angelia Aquino, 25, from
the Municipality of Kapalong will proposedly exchange our wedding vows this coming
December 20, 2021. In connection to this, we are formally asking your office and church
board to allow us to perform our ceremony in your church.

We also understand that there will be an equivalent cost of P5,000 for the usage of the
church’s facility that we are obliged to provide. We will also fully coordinate with our
organizer/s and attendees to take good care of all the property of the church and be liable if
casualties will arise during the ceremony. We are also committed to follow rules and
guidelines the church will impose.
