TYPE: RESIDENTIAL
PROJECT DETAILS:
• 31 Block of each six storey height
• 31 blocks composed of 4
main superlevel
• A system of three core types for 6, 18,
and 24 stories is located at the overlap
of the stacked apartment blocks.
• Cores typically serve 3 to 4 different
units per floor, providing efficient
circulation without long corridors.
CORE:
Each building contains 6 floors and is
stacked one on top of each other.
Six main pillars run through the
intersection of the buildings to the top.
Between the six pillars , staircases, lift and
common lobbies are placed.

Elevator and its
working:
• A passenger lift has a completely enclosed lift car that travels
vertically within a specially prepared lift shaft. Passengers are
transported between floors at reasonably quick speeds and the
control systems are often designed to give the most economical
distribution of passengers throughout the building.
• The main advantages of using passenger lift give a very comfort
traveling among different floors, particularly space efficient, fully
fixed shaft, small construction works, and no level loadings on the
building.
• passenger lifts work in a marginally different way from the elevators.
The elevator car is balanced by a hefty counterweight that weighs the
exact amount unevenly as the car when it’s loaded half-full (in simple
words, the weight of the car itself adds 40-50 per cent of the total
weight it can carry). When the lift moves upward, the counterweight
goes down and vice-versa
