Dear students,

SUMMER VACATIONS are starting and you are elated! The weather and
conditions outside will not allow you to go out much, so enjoy yourself at home
making it fun for you and your family. You are lucky to be born in the country
which has given gift of yoga and meditation to the world for holistic health and
spiritual wellness.

We have a few suggestions to make this opportunity a WIN-WIN SITUATION.

Divide your work into days.

Math Monday
 Solve all your Math problems, calculations of any kind on all Mondays.
Tech Tuesday
 Your PPT’s and collection of information can be done on all Tuesdays.
Word Wednesday
 Go about learning new vocabulary. You could pick your languages and enhance them
through reading, writing, playing word games like scrabble etc. with your sibling or
parents.
Thoughtful Thursday
 A day to think, rack your brain and invent something could be scientific. Science does
require a lot of thinking caps. You could think of skills you need to acquire to reach your
goal long term as well as short term ones. YOU COULD BE AN INVENTOR, WRITER OR
ANYTHING YOU FANCY.
Fun Friday
 Friday will bring all your creative and performing arts flowing. You could listen to music,
paint something or create your own music as per your passion.
Social Saturday
 Time to learn and organize your social sciences, go beyond your curriculum and think of

3
Future prospects too. All your subject books guide you, have a look,
discuss with your parents and plan your journey.

Sweet Sunday

 “Take time to stop doing and start being”. Explore your spiritual core, try
yoga, take time to meditate with your parents. Send positive vibes all
around

PROJECT (IT/Computers-Task-1)
 Make a power point presentation on the spiritual exploration you did during your
holidays which will help you in your wellness.

 Make sure that your PPT contains at least 5 benefits of spiritual wellness activities
you did.

 Give proper detailing to the benefits of spiritual exploration activities you did.
You can add pictures of you and your family while doing the activities
informative and interesting way.

Instructions for compilation of work:

Do all worksheets in your fair notebooks.
Mention date and title.
Written part should be neat and presented in beautiful handwriting.
Remember all holiday assignments fetch you marks and appreciation from your teachers.

Happy Holidays!
Have fun and be safe.

Dear Parents
Dear Parents

Greetings from the Millennium School.

Summer Vacations have arrived and the students are ecstatic.

Images of no zoom sessions and a relaxed routine to escape the
heat pursuing leisure activities are flashing across.

A few suggestions to enhance your wards productivity with fun.

Let your ward Explore Nature’s bounty. Balcony/Terrace

Garden can be encouraged.
Spend quality time by doing breathing exercises, yoga to
build up the immune system which is the need of the hour.
Readout religious scriptures and discuss the real way of
living happily.
Tell your child the physical skills available during your
childhood, the discipline and the respect inculcated by your
elders. This will bring out his curiosity as well as
understanding relations.
Encourage Reading a good book on spirituality
Do monitor the progress of your child in completing his
tasks. We wish your ward and you a rejuvenating vacation.
