Ans. We adjust the information management system and decision support systems to meet
objectives by these ways.

We can adjust with the help of Strategic management, Tactical management and Operational
Management. With the help of these management strategies we can adjust the decision
making. In case of strategic management we develop overall organizational goals, strategies and
policies and monitor the strategic performance of the organization and its overall direction in
the political, economic and competitive business environment. Tactical management develops
the short and medium range plans, schedules, budgets and specifies policies and procedures.
