Sub: Request to furnish information under Right to Information Act, 2005.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly provide the information related to the under mentioned at earliest:

1. Details of the money taken in the name of 4G internet speed in Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Since a long year ended and still 2G instead of 4G internets is working in Jammu and
Kashmir. Is there any main reason behind it? The internet with low speed in times of 4G
and 5G means nothing as it will not help people, especially students. I personally as a
student not had been able to access websites as it is taking ages to open a website. Please
do provide the reasons for such internet snatching.
3. What are the reasons for which the J&k government is bearing the discrimination
regarding the internet services? Who can imagine such a thing happening in digital age?
4. Restricted internet speed to 2G is being the violative of Articles 14(right to equality),
19(right to freedom of speech), 21(right to life) and 21A (right to education) of the
constitution. Give the reasons for such violation of fundamental rights under the Indian
Constitution.
5. With the limited and restricted access to the internet by allowing only 2G speeds in the
UT, patients and doctors are unable to access latest information, advisories and guidelines
when the country is facing outbreak of an epidemic. Give me the answer that where to get
such information within seconds to save the lives. Who will provide it within seconds?
6. Details of the number of persons using 2G internet in the rates of 4G.

I do request you to supply information for the same.

I shall be grateful for the response as soon as possible.
