is designed for the purpose of inventory and for the use of cashier to encode the sold
products. And lastly the three-compartment sink is very useful for the employees to
wash and clean each variety before displaying it and if it’s sold before handing it to the
consumers.

We have five (5) months of preparation before lunching our truck market, for the

first month we will be focusing on the feasibly of our business, it takes a month for we

will be conducting a thorough study for us to serve a good service to our target market.

In a month of conducting a feasibility study, we can sure that we will have an authentic

and strong outcome for our business. For the second month, we will be focusing in the

permits & Registration. We will make sure completely that we have the legal document
in that duration of time before we are going to operate. Within the 2 nd month, we will

process every permit that needed for our business. For the safety and good quality, we

will be serving. For our third month, we will franchise the things that are needed in the

truck market, we will also do the Road mapping and check the location for us to know

where to stop. This months of Franchising and Truck road testing is a process for us to

familiarize everything we need and the location of our business. For this third month of

preparation we will ensure that everything after this preparation will go properly and

smoothly. In the fourth month, installing of equipment’s and filler, it takes maybe some

weeks to be installed. Within this month, everything that needs to be installed will be

installed accordingly by our technical management. We will ensure that everything will

fall into each place. In the same month we will be open for hiring. We will be looking for

a qualified driver for our business who have already an experience in driving and have a

professional driver’s license, a cashier who knows how to handle transaction accurately

and responsibly, an honest person and committee. A service crew who has a pleasing

personality and service skill, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision and

good communication skills that can communicate politely to the customer. For the fifth

month, we will be now trained the hired employee and franchise the raw foods we will

be selling. This would take a month in training because we want to ensure that our

employees are well-trained and knows how everything works. After all, for the sixth

Month we will be having our 1 st appearance the “Food Truck Market”. After all the hard

work, we will now start our first operation after 6 months of preparation. The Food Truck

Market will now ready to serve the customers who live in Brg. Matina Aplaya and Matina

Crossing.
