Section 1
Scope
Interarch proposes to furnish a pre-engineered steel building (s) as described below.
The building will consist of all components required to construct the primary and
secondary framing (wind bents, wall & roof purlins) plus the wall and roof cladding.
Hardware of the building are included. Interior partition walls, electrical, plumbing,
cooling, heating, foundation, masonary walls, concrete floor or materials not
specifically referenced in this proposal are not included.

Standard Supplied Items
The following are included to supply :

• Rigid frame structural for columns, rafters with end plates, purlins, girts
• All necessary flashings, trims, eave gutters & downspouts
• Roofing & cladding sheets
• Structural hardware & sheeting fasteners
• End lap sealant
• Bracing
• Anchor bolts and templates
• All structurals shall be supplied with one coat of factory applied primer
• 2 mm thick FRP day light panel

Exclusions
• Interior partitions, doors and fixtures
• Roof fans, pipe flashing, curbs
• Wall vents, fans, doors, windows and louvers
• Civil, mechanical and electrical design and materials
• Concrete embed plates of weld plate of any kind
• Foundation and masonry design / work / materials
• Setting of Anchor Bolt – (Physical setting or fixing) . INTERARCH will
only check dimensional accuracy of anchor bolt set out.
• Grouting - Grouting under column base plates with high strength grout.
• Crane beam, brackets, crane rails and crane
• Electricity & Water required during work at site.

Section 5
Supply / Delivery and Erection Period

All the materials of the building shall be supplied within 6-8 weeks from the
date of receipt of confirmed order with advance and sign off of GA drawings.
Erection can be completed within 4 - 6 weeks thereafter.

Section 6
Validity of offer

This offer is valid till 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes in the prices
of the material, labour, freight, taxes, duties or local levies will be charged
extra after the expiry period of validity. Any change in Sales Tax / VAT / Entry
Tax / Octroi shall be charged extra as prevalent at time of delivery.

Our lumpsum price for the supply and erection of the building described as
above shall be :

The above price for the building is for Design, Engineering, and Preparation
of erection drawings, manufacture, supply, transportation and erection of the
Pre-Engineered Building. Service tax @ 12.24% shall be charged extra on
full contract value for which full CENVAT credit will be available for you.
VAT/Sales tax on works contract as applicable shall be charged extra on
Supply + Erection including service tax.

Penalty Clause

Penalty of 0.5% per week, to a maximum of 5% will be deducted from the

payment in case the supply/delivery & erection period is not met.

Payment Terms

10% of the total contract value as advance along with order

10% on drawing submission/approval
50% against proforma Invoice- I prior to dispatch of structural materials.
20% against proforma Invoice – II prior to dispatch of sheeting materials.
5% on erection of structures.
5% on completion of sheeting.
Handing Over

Interarch will handover the building in full, or in stages, depending upon

progress and safety considerations, for the customer to carryout further
works related to the building.

The customer will not occupy or put to use the building in whole or in part,
without issuing Interarch a completion certificate in respect thereof.

Entry Tax / Octroi

The price given does not include element of entry tax and octroi as and if
applicable in the state will be extra over and above price given.
