Subject: Naming of New Under Construction Blocks of the Ministry

The High Security Block (HSB) of the Ministry is nearing its completion.
Accordingly, a shifting plan is under consideration of the Competent Authority for its
finalization. In the meanwhile, suggestions from all officers of the Ministry are invited
concerning the proposed names to be given to the two new blocks. It has been desired
that the blocks can be named after former Foreign Ministers, Foreign Secretaries and
other distinguished personalities who remained associated with the Foreign Office.

2. All officers of the Ministry are kindly requested to forward their suggestions
to the undersigned before 3rd February, 2011 positively. The Project Committee will
approve the most suitable names by a unanimous decision.

Subject: Details of Government Owned Properties Abroad

The Public Accounts Committee(PAC), during the course of its numerous

meetings, have raised a number of queries pertaining to the immoveable properties
owned by the GOP in various capitals of the World. The Ministry, on its part, has to
furnish full details about the said properties.

2. In order to ensure availability of concise and up to date information, it has

been desired that all Pakistan’s Missions abroad may be requested to provide the
relevant information concerning any immoveable property in use/handled by the
Missions, as per specimen given below:
