· Eye Exercises

To be conducted 3 times a day.

Binocular version

1- Sit comfortably on a chair with a back support

2- Both feet are on the ground

3- Draw a vertical line on the index finger of your dominant hand (colors: blue or green)

4- Bring the target (vertical line) in your field of vision, as if you are looking straight ahead

5- Bring the target towards you, in line with your eyes

6- At the point where the line becomes double, back up just enough to make it one

7- At that point, create a clock wise circle where the dimensions are as follows:

o No wider than the sides of the face

o No higher than mid forehead

o No lower than the level of the eyes

8- Perform for 1 minute as you try to get the target closer to the root of your nose
