6 Crystal list and hard work list Bonus

Every 7 days, the rankings of Crystal List and Diligence List will be evaluated, and corresponding
bonuses will be distributed. The top 50 of each list will receive a bonus of $5~$30. Please find the
related banner of COCOLIVE App for details.

Terms & Conditions：

1、This Policy will be effective from 1st June 2021 to 31st Dec 2021, if there’s any new version
of policy published, this version will be ineffective automatically.

2、Valid duration:

1) Valid Hour: Minimum 30mins live in 1 calendar day (UTC+7) will be counted as 1 Valid Hour.

2) Valid Day: Minimum 1 hour live in 1 calendar day (UTC+7) will be counted as 1 Valid Day.

3) Only from Level 0 to Level 9 are required Valid duration. And Gaming room won't be calculated
into Valid duration.

4) Daily live broadcast statistics start from 0 a.m. Indonesia time (UTC+7).

3、Obligations of Agency and Host:

1) Each agency required 10 hosts as minimum after established, all agencies should sign contract
during registration phase and send to official admins to avoid suspending the salary release.

2) Each host can only register 1 host account in COCOLIVE platform and can only work in 1 Agency.

3) Agency must obey the management of the platform and bear the results of your own host’s
behaviour. If any violation occurs and cause platform losses, the host/agency shall bear
corresponding penalties. The platform has the right to expel the violating host and the agency to
suspend cooperation.

4) If the host does not cooperate with the platform's prompts for live broadcast quality guidance,
the platform has the right to ban the host account for 1 to 3 days.

5) If the host still does not cooperate with the platform's guidance or have violation actions, the
platform has the right to remove the host's identity and cancel the host bonus of the month.

6) If agency has concerns about salary data released by the platform, agency should confirm with
platform within 24 hours. Overdue feedback may not be accepted in the current month. The final
data is subject to the data provided by the platform.

7) All agencies and hosts should obey < COCOLIVE Live Broadcasting Regulation > for live streaming
in COCOLIVE platform.

8) All agencies and hosts should obey < COCOLIVE RULES OF CONDUCT > for conduct rules in
COCOLIVE platform.

COCOLIVE reserves all rights for the interpretation of the present policy.
