Human Experience

1. In your previous RE subject before the Covid-19 pandemic, have you experienced
being in the margins/ community conducting catechism class, tree planting,
feeding program and outreach program?
- Yes, before the Covid-19 pandemic, I am beyond grateful to the Lord
that He allowed us to accomplish our pastoral integration, still under
Ma’am Navarro. It was one of the most unforgettable moment of my
college life since we were able to stay in that place and eat with them.
We were the ones who provided the food and did the cooking. We also
gave them a token of appreciation for giving us a warm welcome.

2. What is the significance of your concrete experiences?

- It taught me to be thankful for everything that I have and it had given
me the opportunity to share my blessings to others. In my perspective,
I wasn’t just doing that because it was merely a requirement or task
needed to be accomplished but I did that with all of my heart and the
desire to extend my help to those who are in need. We are all one family
in Christ.

3. Is there any impact into your life?

- Yes. I realized that a simple act of giving can bring so much happiness
and fulfillment in you. Even just in a short period of time, I learned to
love those people and share joy with them. It was one of the stepping
stones for me to become even more determined in my studies so that
when the time comes, I can help not just one family but many people.
