Concentrix has put in place measures to ensure security in the workplace and foster good working

relations. It is important that our staff to be able to identify the colleagues they work with and to ensure
that unauthorized individuals will not gain access to our workplace. In this regard, staff are required to
provide their photo to Concentrix for badge or ID creation, employee identification, Workday profile and
other company processes requiring photos in relation to the foregoing purposes. With this, Concentrix
made it more efficient for our staff and enabled the submission of photos through upload in Workday.
When you upload your photo, you agree to the foregoing use of your photo.

Below are specific instructions on how to accomplish this requirement.

Guidelines of the new hire photo for Badge or ID creation:

 Open a Blank Word document to paste/insert the Photo for submission.

 The system will not accept any picture format (JPEG,PNG, etc.) so ensure to follow the first
guideline.
 Original photo shall follow guidelines for passports so choose a more formal photo as much as
possible. Normal passport photo requires 300 pixels per inch (ppi).
 Photo should be taken in a well-lit room and using a white background.
 Photo subject should be looking directly at the camera lens showing full face. There should be
no hair covering the eyes and ears should be visible.
 Facial expression should be neutral with both eyes open.
 Smile without exposing the teeth and/or gums.
 Please refrain from using enhanced photo through the use of external applications such as
photoshop, affinity etc.
 Accessories should be removed which means no eyeglasses, earrings, or hair accessory.
 Hats and headgear are not allowed in photo unless it is religious headgear that you wear every
day. If you wear a religious headgear, you’ll need to make sure that it isn’t covering your face at
all. For example, you may wear a hijab scarf but one that doesn’t cover most of your face.
 Photos taken from Smartphones are acceptable as long as the end-result satisfies the minimum
requirement set in the third guideline.
 Attach a second photo, must be recent and holding a valid ID at chest level showing full name.
 Close this document and start uploading your Photo on the designated field.
