The dimension seems to be the most important in my life right now would be physical

and emotional. I gain some weight over the pandemic I am not happy with. My diet has
been really bad and I would love to improve it. Also, I am trying to work on my emotional
dimension. I have a hard time expressing my feelings. This would change in 5-10 years
from now by me getting better and having the skills to improve on my emotional. Also,
on my diet and finding a perfect balance which I don't have at the moment. I do believe
psychosocial health play a role in my personal relationship. If I feel good I act good. I
am a very emotional person. If I'm in a bad mood I don't want to interact with people
which includes family and friends. Therefore, I agree psychosocial health play a major
role in your personal relationships .
