The Business Names Registration (Amendment) Rules, 2005.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 19 of the

Business Names Registration Act, these Rules are made this 21st day of July, 2004.

1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Business Names Registration (Amendment)
Rules, 2005.

2. Amendment of S.I. 87-2.

The Business Names Registration Rules are amended by substituting for the Schedule
to those Rules, the Schedule to these Rules.
