3 Activity and
exercise
1. Educator will read the topic and gather all the material for the activity one day before.
2. Educators will repeat the difficult words and topics twice so that children can
understand them in a better way.
3. Educators have to make students in the class and show them videos to kids. Educators
should tell children to be prepared with their copies and pencils in advance.
4. Educators will ask brainstorming questions in between the topics.
5. Educators will have to give positive reinforcement to children.
6. Educators will ask children to write down important points in their notebooks once they
will be asked to do so.
7. Educators must ensure that each child participates actively.
8. Educators must ensure to follow gender equality throughout the teaching.
9. The Educators should pay attention to the children while they do activities or make
notes, and keep explaining to the children every point clearly.

Day-1
-To prepare them for understanding the concept of “THIS and THAT”

Step 4(5 minutes): Teacher will then tell them to use “THIS and THAT”.
(“THIS” is used to tell about nearer object and “THAT” is used to tell
about farther object)
Step 5:(5 minutes): Teacher will ask them some more objects using “THIS
and THAT”?
Day-2
-To make them understand concept of using words for near and far

Day-3
-Notebook, pencil
4. Material required
Step 1 (2 minutes): Teacher will take one thing from every child.
5. Activity(32mins) Teacher will put all things far to them.
Step 2 (5 minutes): Teacher will ask them things near to them or far
from them.
Step 3 (10 minutes): Teacher will tell them to speak about their things
by using “This and That” in sentences. (1.This is my pencil 2. That is my
eraser)
Step-3(5 minutes): Teacher will write 2-2 sentences with using THIS
and THAT”

Step 2(20 minutes): Teacher will again play the video, and teacher will
mute volume of the video whenever required
● Teacher will make box and divide the box into 2 parts
● Teacher will write “THIS” on one side and “THAT” on the
other side.
