Part 1: Reasons to choose tourism for future development
- Tourism is one of the industries directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The
impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Vietnam's tourism industry is extremely heavy.
However, the Covid-19 epidemic also opens up many opportunities for the tourism
industry to overcome challenges. Experiencing the Covid-19 epidemic has changed
behavior leading to many changes in the needs of tourists. Accordingly, tourists tend
to pay more attention to the factors of health safety, environmental sanitation, travel
insurance, avoiding crowded contact; increasing demand for high-end resorts in open
and isolated spaces; select tourist destinations near, shorten the time of vacations,
travel plans are built close to the time of the trip and can be changed more flexibly
than before. Instead of prioritizing price, customers will prioritize safety and choose
high-quality travel products.
Based on the actual factors and the change in customer psychology after the epidemic,
the group chose tourism as the focal point to start a business, focusing on booking a
short full tour and foreigners will be the target customers. in the Tourism
Development Strategy.
PART 2: Determine the business owner’s ability to need a meet
1 HUMAN RESOURCE FOR TRAVEL AND TRAINING ENGLISH :
- Depending on the field we want to develop in the near future, human resources is a
crucial factor. It requires high qualification in the field of IT and Marketing , and
organizational ability. Besides, English must be able to communicate. The training
field for student majoring in tourism and must be good at English

NEAR FUTURE.
NOW : the government supports the capital to companies which are affected by
covid-19 for example restructuring the payment term, considering remaining or
reducing loan, maintaining the same debt group, reducing fees…. Besides, supporting
the tax.

to the pension and death benefit fund
+Extension of deadlines for payment of trade union dues
+Interest and fee exemption or reduction granted according to internal rules
and regulations of credit institutions
+Employer’s entitlement to loans used for paying employees wages and
salaries during the period of their temporary suspension of work.
NEAR FUTURE : in order for tourism activities to recover effectively after
covid-19 epidemic and adapt to the new normal, Vietnam’s tourism industry
needs to build a more flexible and sustainable development model, especially
for tourists business. Accordingly, tourism businesses need to be proactive and
ready to adapt, have a flexible and effective transition mechanism between
domestic and international tourism activities in order to control, limit the
impact and manage the tourism activities industry crisis more effectively. In
addition, the government should soon issue policies and mechanisms to support
business in the tourism industry to have the best operating conditions, tourism
products to be widely advertised to the people at reasonable prices. Such as
reducing fees for attractions from 30% to 50%, subsidizing prices for tourism
so that the tourism industry can recover soon after the pandemic and continue
to reduce tax until the tourism industry recover completely.

Part 4 : Building a web
.The website includes 3 main sections: Travel tour, Service introduce and
English courses for tourism.
1 . Travel tour
- We introduce an overview of the tour such as timetable, visit location and
accompanied services. In addition, there are short videos and pictures about the
scenic locations or the famous dishes.
- We have a “memories” section which can share all the wonderful moments of the
people who have been on the tour.
- We support more services like: book flights and hotels, car rental and airport
transfer.
2. Service introduction:
- Organize tours in the North, Organize tours nationwide, Open regional tours, Open
international tours.
- For example: Providing information, service packages from travel companies, resorts
to customers. Expanding links to homestays, restaurant for customers to enjoy the best
deals.
3. English courses for tourism.
- We introduce the courses for tourism aimed at students or people who have
interested in tourism industry especially tour guides.
- Job opportunity commitment.
Part 5 : The tools are used to promote for customers.
Today, businesses use social networking tools to increase their work performance. Social
media is one of the most effective support tools. Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram are the
top popular social networks not only in Vietnam but around the world, these platforms wi
ll help this Start-up project flourish.
Establish Fanpages representing your business and groups to share tourism knowledge an
d services:
- Currently, to support the business industry of businesses, social networking platforms ar
e offering a lot of new features such as a Facebook business suit and the idea that for Tik
Tok and Instagram, there is a "Business suit" option. This helps businesses capture specifi
c parameters and come up with strategies to improve what they want. In addition, Facebo
ok and Instagram are closely linked, making it easy to observe and adjust uniformly on bo
th platforms. For TikTok, the business suit is a newly developed feature. The remaining i
mportant thing is to need content and content to attract its customers, foreigners who have
travel needs, and groups of students and students who need to practice English communic
ation.
- Besides, groups on Facebook are also a potential market for businesses to attack and fin
d customers, as well as for customers to access the fan page and website of the business.
