Sir, We Department of Emergency medicine would request your kindself to

necessary action with regards to non availability of water in EMD block for last
24 hrs which is causing too much issues with regards to body wash of poisoning
patients and hand wash of EM team members and other faculty seeing patients
in EMD. Kindly oblige & do the needful.
